As Chairman of the Board at TIMCO Companies, Chad currently works in the executive leadership role for a family of companies, generating multi-million-dollar annual sales revenue, operating in multiple states in the southeastern US. These companies specialize in various aspects of services in the forestry and natural resources sector. Specialties include: 

• Forestry consulting and land management 

• Turnkey services for silvicultural practices 

• Aerial application service 

• Vegetation Management in the Forestry/Aquatic/Industrial/Right of Way markets 

• Contract services on federally owned lands (with a focus on Department of Defense owned lands)

• Real Estate services which include representing the seller and/or the purchaser 

With over 30 years of experience in land and timber management, Chad’s diversified background enables him to deliver quality service and expertise in representing sellers or buyers in their timberland investments. 

A native of Jackson, Mississippi, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forest Resources with a specialty in Wildlife Ecology, in 1994 from Mississippi State University. Currently, he lives in Purvis, Mississippi; with a wife and four children. Locally, Chad serves on the Board of Trustees for nearby school and is dedicated to his church, serving as Deacon.
